Roblox CPU going up and down on some games

I recently just got a new PC.

I dont think anybody has experienced this issue.
But roblox is kinda laggy for me. lemme explain

I was playing Criminality when after seconds or minutes, the game starts to lag, meanwhile the CPU is going up and would go down, and lag would stop. It kept going

I even tried lowering down the graphics, it didnt work.

Heres proof:
Video link (streamable) not updating link since i fixed my issue

If anybody needs info of the PC

Windows 10 Pro
8 gb ram
AMD FX™-6300 Six-Core Processor 3.50 GHz
NVIDIA GTX 650

Make sure Roblox is using your dedicated graphics card rather than your integrated graphics in your CPU by setting Roblox to “high performance” in your windows graphics settings.

This issue was already being posted in another post so there is no need for 2.

i use windows 10 pro, ive done this before, how do i do it again?

From what it sounds, you could maybe have some demanding windows process in the background eating up tons of system resources. What it is i don’t know so you’ll need to do some investigation yourself. If you looked at cpu usage via task manager then you should also be able to track whats exactly using a lot of cpu at any moment.

roblox’s cpu usage is normal, and the rest too.
i barely even have windows open.

it only made it worse, what else do you suggest?

Does this issue happen on other games? Or does it happen just in Criminality?

im pretty sure other games too, i even optimized the performance by disabling some QOL settings and graphics to just 1.

Not entirely sure what it is, but it might be something roblox related. Personally i haven’t experienced this issue at all but i have been told by someone else whos been having it too for like a month or so. I believe the issue may also be somewhat related to the performance of your system but im not 100% sure.
