So i’m trying to play Roblox and there’s an update, okay, no big deal, i’ll just wait, but then midway through the update Roblox just closes. I deleted the cache and reinstalled Roblox but now it CRASHES DURING THE INSTALLATION SO I CAN’T REINSTALL IT. I literally have no idea what is causing this, it was running just fine before.
Please help.

Bump. Someone please help me fix this!
Is anyone actually gonna reply instead of just liking my post, giving me false hope when i see a notification in the home page.
Could you give me your computer specs? As well as the OS running it.
4 GB of RAM, Intel(R) Core™ i5-3470 CPU 64 bit processor, and the OS i’m using is Windows 10 Pro, version 22H2.
Alright, from what I can see your PC is doing fine.
I guess you can try these solutions:
- Delete the ROBLOX application from Windows Settings, if this doesn’t work, you can run a “cmd” command to uninstall it manually, tons of tutorials on YouTube show how.
- Try to delete every ROBLOX installer in your computer (shortcuts and apps) & reinstall it from the website again.
- Contact ROBLOX and wait till they respond and they might help…
Hope this helps.
Thank you so much. Turns out the first solution worked!
