Roblox Crashing but Why?

Hello, it’s me again. Maybe you’ve seen the “roblox studio crashes for no reason” forum I used to open. Anyway, I wanted to address that forum in a more comprehensive and explanatory language because I can’t improve my game

NORMALLY I TRIED TO MOVE THIS TOPIC TO BUG REPORTS BUT I CAN’T GET PERMISSION.

Problem: In the model I will leave you a link to, if you look towards a point that I can’t identify, you can see that the sound of your computer is distorted, it freezes and everything is fine after the roblox crash.

Although I tried it on other computers, it was not solved in any way.

You can say use another model or do it yourself. but sometimes it crashes on other models too. By the way, before this, the game never closed and did not crash. But one evening after I went to sleep and opened my game, this started to happen. The model also crashes in different games.

What I tried:

  • ReInstall Windows
  • ReInstall Roblox Studio
  • Try on other devices

System Info:

CPU: Ryzen 7600X

GPU: RTX 4080

Windows:

How much RAM does your computer have? Try checking Task Manager the next time you bring the model in. This seems like your computer is running out of RAM trying to load such a massive model. That model looks to have a large number of parts, at least without having loaded it myself.

If the model (and/or game place) really is using that much RAM, optimizing it would probably be best for the game as a whole.

I’ll check the ram used when I enter the game. I have 16 GB of ram in total.

i know its rare but its possible that somewhere in that certain model there is a broken mesh, kinda like that one avatar glitch where people wearing certain layered clothing could crash the server, thats my best guess either that or your computer is running out of resources

As a result of the tests I did, I found that it is not related to the hardware. It is a problem caused by Studio. CPU, GPU and RAM utilization do not even fluctuate.

can someone move this to the bug forum?

Studio crashed 3x for me today: stuck on a frozen screen unable to exit (tells me it’s saving). I can only close from task manager. This has been happening for over a week.

It always happened after I pressed Ctrl + Shift + F (find all)
