Roblox cursor can go on top of other windows and gui

I am not sure if this is normal, but this definitely can be abused somehow and be annoying, the roblox cursor goes out of the client window, it goes on top of everything without exception. here is a video of what i am talking about

Expected behavior

the cursor doesn’t go off the client window.

this is normal, the mouse is kind of behind the edited mouse icon.
