True, there have been rule breaking games and users that roblox can’t even deal with those…

Per ROBLOX’s Term of Use- there does not have to be a specific trademark, you can simply be breach of a creators IP by using or uploading an asset which you do not have permission to use, or own. Or am I understanding that you had permission to use the asset?
The claimant would have to submit a statement of good faith, so I would hope so not.
Are you contacting the copyright agent on copyright_agent@roblox.com? I personally have had no problems with them, when I have created DMCA processes in the past. However, that is just my personal experience.
Just also worth noting- if the claimant is the original owner of the asset, you may be liable to consequences for submitting the counter-notice.

Yeah, Roblox is so lost with their moderation, and really every decision within the last year.
They don’t realize how much money they lose for removing/making things harder for developers.
the other day my friend got banned for uploading this thumbnail, apparently it had “excessive gun promotion”
the image in question:
I then attempted to look for thumbnails/icons worse.
Within 3 minutes I found this icon.
(game was able to gain 100k visits before being taken under review)
Roblox is genuinely lost.

The user filed a DMCA against me for using their description, even though they actually copied mine. Also, the game name has been used countless times across many other games in this genre.

It’s frustrating because you’d expect ROBLOX to have some kind of logs.
