Roblox deleted my game? Help!

So I was working on a game based around combat in a super market around December of last year. I spent at least over 100 hours just making the map alone. The important thing that I want to mention is that I had a few models in the map imported with roblox’s importer in studio (Supermarket freezers, Isle shelfs, display deep freezers). Everything else was made with parts (floor, walls, ceiling) And textured with some free model textures, and some imported textures. So I stopped working on the game due to my laptop burning out.

Come now, I just bought a new laptop, and can continue working on the game. Well I started a test play, from the roblox website and everything is gone. The only thing left is the floor of the map, and a few PBR texture packs from free models. I went into studio and in the workplace everything is gone as well.

One thing I noticed is that there is only one model, a PBR brick rubble model that I cant really remember adding but thats besides the point. My account is not hacked, because this is the only game effected. I also have 2FA on my roblox account linked with my email, so I doubt someone would just come in and delete that one game.

Heres where I’m confused. If roblox deleted my game, wouldnt it say “content deleted”? The title is unchanged, I can still edit it and acces the game in studio. And I checked my roblox messages and email, nothing from roblox. So what could have happened? On my last laptop, I believe I never published some changes but instead saved them in studio, so it should be pick up where I left off right? I still have the storage device from my last laptop, should I put that into my new laptop too see if I can retrieve it from there? My most important question is, is there any way I can see previous versions of the game and download it back?

I stated that I had a few models imported. Those models took about 20 minutes each to import. (Imported from Sketchfab.com) since they had so many parts. However in the model importer I deselected a lot of parts and only imported the actual shelves and freezer models themselves (didnt import the objects in them)

So what could be the issue? All of my other games are exactly where I left them and this is the only game effected. I would also like to mention it was my most recent game that I was editing on in studio before my laptop burned out. But even then I had published and tested the game multiple times. And now the map is completely gone.

Update: So it turns out, I actually did add the PBR brick rubble to the game, but again that’s besides the point. I checked my meshes and yes they are all gone. The meshes that I imported are gone when I checked my meshes in studio. However if Roblox deleted the meshes, why did they delete the whole map as well? I had parts and other unions in the game, and free models as well. They are all gone. I have no notification of my models being deleted from roblox so thats what I am assuming happened.

There is a way to revert to an older version of your game, simply go to your game’s page, press the three dots next to your game’s name and selected “Configure Place”. Then, on the left-hand side of your screen, you should see some options, select “Version History”. This should bring up all the times that you saved your game (also shows all published versions as well). You can select any version history you want.

If Roblox did delete your meshes, I don’t think there would be a way to get them back.

Tried this, every version that I reverted to (10 total) is all the same thing, empty, when I know for a fact the map should be there. It’s alright I’ll just move on.
