Hi,
I’ve recently encountered crashing with the ROBLOX Developer app when RbxDevConnectionCreated initializes and it keeps closing out of the app. I’ve even tried to log in and it crashes also. I’m currently using an iPhone 6 as its factory software ( iOS 8).
Alright so here’s a clip of the situation:
To also note I’ve set up the server in studio the way the instructions said. The Dev Code is correct. Reinstallation of the app didn’t correct anything either.
Um IOS 8 isn’t factory settings in iphone 6.
IOS 9 atleast.
But roblox app is only made for the latest releases of apple’s platform.
and that’s IOS 10.1.1
iOS 8 software as in what came with my iPhone at the time the factory was producing them. And in the Appstore it states that the app requires iOS 7.1 or later. Obviously I’m in the range of compatibility. The app worked many months ago when I needed it. For some reason today it starts to misbehave so sudden. If “the roblox app is made for the newest releases of software” then they should change their requirements.
Apperently there’s something wrong with the app.
As i run ios 10.1.1 and the app crashes every time i hit join studio.
Good to know it’s not something with someone’s iOS. The whole Developer App needs some refurbishment anyway.
