Hey guys, on the 3rd of december, i’ve gotten accepted into the DevEX program but had changed my mind to cash out my robux. I had inputted 300,000 robux into the cashout button found in the Finances section onto the Create Tab.
I’ve contacted roblox support already and they told me if in a week I don’t fill out the payment details onto the DevEX portal website, the request will automatically be rejected and i’ll be refunded, yet it has been a week and i’ve gotten no refunds!!!
This is really concerning as I had planned to do important stuff with 300,000 R$. If anyone could help me please do because this is worrying me.
It’s currently the holiday season, so there aren’t many, if any, staff currently looking over the devex program at this time.
You said you submitted your request about a week ago, so it should be before the cut off date. However, lots of people submitted recently so it’s going to take them longer to do something that usually takes up to 1 week.
Some parts are automatic, other parts are not. If you’ve already received the invitation thing and never filled it out, then I would assume that it would be automated. Just give it a few more days though.
It was so importat but for a moment you forgot about it because cash out button was more important?

Did you got any email if your devex was accepted or not because If you devex will be accepted you cannot get robux back.
No, I was firstly going to cash it out, but since I’m still a minor w/o access to my bank for another year and my parents didn’t approve, I’m not able to.
As I previously said, my application hasn’t been sent so it hasn’t been accepted. I haven’t gotten any emails about it either.
