I’m experiencing some issues with my DevEx and Tipalti accounts and need your advice.
Background:
DevEx Submission:

Last month, I submitted a DevEx with my updated information.

I notified DevEx support about the changes I made on Tipalti.

They re-verified my identity, and everything seemed to go well.

However, after this verification, they stopped responding to my emails. My follow-up emails have gone unanswered since July 11th.
Incorrect Date of Birth:

I realized that my date of birth was entered incorrectly, but Tipalti wouldn’t allow me to edit this information.

I emailed Roblox support to inform them about the mistake, but I did not receive any response.
New Support Ticket:
- I opened a new support ticket with Roblox to address the issue, but still haven’t received any response.
Account Blocked:
- On July 24th, my Tipalti account was blocked. Initially, I thought this action was taken by Tipalti.
Tipalti’s Response:

Devex rejected
- A few days after that i got a message from Roblox saying my Devex was rejected and i have to change my billing information even though my Tipalti account is blocked and i cannot login to change my information

What can I do to resolve this situation? Has anyone else faced similar issues, and if so, how did you resolve them?
