Seems like they really hate the ones who were there from the beginning. Im sorry you’re having the same sort of moderation struggles, atleast you still have an account. My main from 2010 that i’ve used for everything is gone over things THEY overlooked. Im so irritated, its like unless we have a big platform off roblox we don’t really matter, and that’s just scummy.

” and they DONT even send u the dmca warning and expect u to know about it…

Thats the thing! Its supposed to be a WARNING! To give an automatic strike without time to actually delete or respond to it, just feels like a dirty way of doing business. Especially if its year old content.

Now i’m being told that I have strikes on my account AFTER i’ve already been terminated. Theres nothing I can do to prevent this, and despite showing proof that i’ve had over like 10 tickets asking for content to be removed, it’s still not enough.
I don’t know what to do, there probably isn’t anything I can do since even my COUNTER-Claims have been denied, despite blatantly being false.

This is literally the failiure that Roblox moderation has become.
They can’t detect false dmca
They deny everything
They rely on ai that can’t even do its job.
Worst part? I shouldnt have been given a strike for the ones that I did, not just because of how old it was but because they did it wrong. I got given a strike for a trademark violation that’s usually just deleted. They wouldnt let me counter-claim it because it was a trademark violation which should have just been normally deleted.
They literally can’t even figure out how dmca works
It literally works by if someone sent a dmca, THEN U GIVE EM A STRIKE. They shouldn’t just be handing out random strikes like candy.
