Server lag kills it for me, completely.
Nice UIs, however.
Wow this is really well made now o.o.
GUI fits perfectly and everything’s the same art style.
Things are a little price heavy tho but whatever.
Also I was in the shop and I missed out on my first game because I had no notification that a game was about to start
But if every game on roblox was put together like this one then we wouldn’t have a such a bad rep.
This is the game I’ll show to people who don’t know about ROBLOX. Really well made game.

You should add a gui when you hit a player you it pops up in the corner or something… Because I’m clueless if I hit someone or knock them out.

I believe that was the point. As he succeeded with rebranding his old game
I believe that your release of Roblox Dodgeball was definitely the best release of any new game in ROBLOX’s history.
The upgraded graphics and animations are amazing.

Probably the best launch ever.
The only problem is that there is too many players, so you can’t really “dodge” balls like the game suggests mostly luck based

This is what I originally thought, but there is actually a lot more depth to the game than at first glance. I was called a hacker due to how I was able to glance past the chaos and focus in on throwing at one player almost out. And got MVP twice in a row with 4 KOs each.
Occasionally, I get “glitched” somewhere (ROBLOX physics), and I get moved back to my team’s side. However, you stay still for around 2.5 seconds, making you highly vulnerable to attack. Usually, whenever this happens, I am killed or given a severe disadvantage.
I believe this is intended behavior, it’s to discourage Players from crossing over the Center line (which is not allowed in the real game of Dodgeball).
The UI and announcer voice are awesome, they make the game really satisfying.
Awesome game, and super impressive UI effects.
One little thing - you should change the fence bricks around the arena to 0.95 transparency, so that the camera doesn’t go through them when you’re too close (and cause you to throw the ball backwards by clicking on them)
Player count should be less.
Instead of throwing balls randomly and dodging randomly you should have a slight lock on feature with dodgeballs and make the cursor change when you are aiming at an enemy. Also as you progress you could unlock different dodging and throwing moves that have different effects.
Dodging could be like, dive, roll, drop, super jump and shield.
Throwing could be: tornado, swing, loop, 180, 360, punch and maybe kick.
You could also get different balls that people could purchase that have different effects and look slightly different than the other other balls. These effects could be, slow, extra bounce power, giant ball, better aim, more damage, cluster, explode and poison.
Also more game modes. I haven’t played the game much but I know a few game modes like Jedi, invasion and adding the basketball hoops in that allow you to bring your entire team back would be awesome to add.
You may need to re-upload a few decals…

I think i have a new daily game thing.
One thing though, i feel like it could use some music during intermission. Other than that, great job!

Only notice is that you only get Perfect Aim! when all 5 throws are hits. I did 6 throws, 5 being hits and 1 being KO. Didn’t get badge. Not sure if it’s also working if you get >5 hits.
Also, some sort of way to toggle GUI animations when entering / leaving shop / customization, as well as a timer in the shop / customization to make sure you don’t miss out on the starting round
Hmm game design choice question:
Why don’t you decide to make the balls smaller?
Could we please get a matchmaking system. It is annoying to go 8 rounds in arrow of getting 1 vs. 4-9 people.
