Roblox does not moderate certain assets for larger experiences

Something very annoying I have found, is that Roblox tends to moderate assets (mostly audios in my case) for smaller experiences who can’t reach out as much for support as when such happens.

Here are all the audio Id’s within the last year that have been falsely deleted from most recently deleted to oldest deleted:

All songs in this list should be in the public domain or the creators allow use of their songs in all places. All of the songs in this list are used in either Epic Minigames, The Crusher, Lumber Tycoon 2, RB Battles Minigames!, and a few others. These are obviously larger titles of experiences on the platform, so why should they get to slip by with not getting these copyright free / public domain audios moderated? Any answers would help.

The thing that annoys me most is how I am getting false moderation for uncopyrighted / royalty free content on the platform, while some experiences have copyrighted content and no action is taking just because of how large their experience title is.

One example is that one of the lobby songs inside of Epic Minigames is the overworld theme from Paper Mario: Sticker Star (a copyrighted Nintendo song), and this single audio has been up on the platform for years without any moderation surrounding it, and even survived or was reuploaded with continued use after the audio ban wave / privacy update in 2022.

Here is the song if your interested. https://youtu.be/UtiZJhbe29c?list=PLGA7LpCaUFedAt8GiLyTlOJ-7WBaHqbgg
