Roblox doesn't show UGC limiteds in your inventory

While buying/getting for free new ugc limiteds they don’t show in your inventory sometimes (so this bug happens randomily).

Actual behavior

Item page shows all the serials unlike inventory which doesn’t show #294 of that hat

But the most important thing is that it isn’t just a visual bug, this may affect APIs and services output. As an example i can take Flex Your UGC Limiteds game which shows your UGC inventory, but it does show only 3 hats

Expected behavior

It supposed to show all the items you have

Hello, I observed the same issue with an in-game purchasable item yesterday as well.

Interestingly enough, the issue only occurred around 8:37 PM and by 10:13 PM , the issue was already resolved for newly earned items, as can be demonstrated here. Previously earned items are still affected.

I sincerely hope this information assists in resolving the issue.
