Roblox emails not sending

A while back I lost access to my alt account but still having my email in my control. When I try sending a password reset email, I get no messages in any of my folders
I set a bunch of emails to my contacts so they’d go through

since roblox support is being very stubborn about changing the email, I wanted to see if i was doing something wrong here

is there any account terminated that was associated to the same email as your alt?

Sorry that it took so long to reply, the alt account was falsely terminated but was reinstated about a day later. Would that affect the emails?
