Roblox event stopped giving items that can be purchased using Robux (support doesn't help)

Hi. Let’s talk about some Roblox events here (I hope Roblox admin / moderator sees this and helps me to solve my problem).

After purchasing a dev product inside of the official “Ava Max Heaven & Hell Launch Party” event and receiving a badge associated with the UGC item called “AVA MAX Necklace”, I successfully received this UGC item into my Roblox inventory:

This item is offsale on the Roblox marketplace and could be obtained only by purchasing this item inside of the event experience for 99 Robux.

In two days, I got more Robux and decided to buy an another item from the event:

I removed the badge from my inventory, but I own the item (because I purchased it).

Then, after long six months I decided to purchase another item, BUT, it didn’t appeared in my Roblox inventory:

I spent 200 Robux on it, but after obtaining the badge I didn’t received an item associated with it.

Since 26th of June 2024 and 28th of June 2025 (two days ago; yeah, I purchased it after 367 days), I purchased two items from an official Ready Player 2 event hub. These items didn’t appear in my Roblox inventory as well:

Obtaining these two badges above should’ve been award me with two items (which cost less in the hub than on the Roblox website by the way).

Result: Spent 295 Robux for nothing (“Ava Max Hell Wings” (200 Robux) + “Ready Player Two Backpack” (60 Robux) + “Ready Player Two Headphones” (35 Robux) = 295 Robux lost in total)

I wrote this hoping that Roblox admin / moderator sees that topic and gives me the following items that I spent my Robux on:
Ava Max Hell Wings (200 Robux spent; didn’t received the item after obtaining the badge): AVA MAX Hell Wings (Red Color) - Roblox
Ready Player Two Backpack (60 Robux spent; same issue like with the item above): Ready Player Two Backpack - Roblox
Ready Player Two Headphones (35 Robux spent; same issue): Ready Player Two Headphones - Roblox

If Roblox decided to stop giving prizes from old official events, why they’re still public on the platform and everyone can still play and spend Robux on it (for an item that they won’t receive)?

Hope Roblox gives me these event prizes or at least refunds me my Robux.

I tried contacting Roblox Customer Service, but here’s what I received (a ticket to obtain two RP2 items; 95 Robux lost):

Another ticket (to obtain Ava Max Hell Wings UGC; 200 Robux spent):



I said that I didn’t receive an UGC ITEM by OBTAINING A BADGE associated with that, but they counted it as an IN-GAME ITEM (the difference is too big here). They don’t even know what’s an “UGC item”.
I replied to the response above, and now waiting until they’ll respond again. I think I won’t get any help as well.

The badge have been awarded successfully, BUT it’s not developer’s issue that it’s not awarding me a UGC item associated with it - it’s Roblox’s issue and contacting the developer won’t solve it.

I didn’t even said a single word about that. I think they replied me with the thing that they replied to someone in a previous ticket that someone made.

The problem has been resolved and I successfully received the items, but what if I’m planning to buy some more from the event hub in the future? I want to buy ALL of the Ava Max Heaven & Hell Launch Party event items, but they’re unobtainable through badges. Can the event start being working again?


Also, what about making Ready Player 2 “Meta Shades” event prize obtainable again? All of the 7 prizes are still obtainable (if you’re skilled and know about the bugs in the participating experiences), but you can’t receive the final prize. A response from Roblox events team will be appreciated. Thanks!

Just purchased an item called “AVA MAX Crown” from the “Ava Max Heaven & Hell Launch Party” event again, and it haven’t added into my inventory. Can the “Robux = UGC items” events start working again?

I don’t want to contact the Roblox Customer Service, because they don’t help and say that they can’t help me with anything based on my ticket or say “The features that an experience offers via passes, in-experience purchases, or within the experience are determined and maintained by the experience creator and not by Roblox. We recommend that you contact the creator to let them know about any issue you’re experiencing and provide any feedback. They appreciate being made aware of issues so that they can fix any problems and make improvements.” (they say that each time).

Also, one of my Roblox friends purchased the “Ready Player 2 Headphones” UGC item from the Ready Player 2 event as well (one month ago). It will be great if you’ll give him that item as well:

A lot of people spend their Robux on these events, but they don’t receive the item and lose their Robux. I think this problem MUST be solved, and all players which spent their Robux on Ready Player 2 and Ava Max Heaven & Hell Launch Party events should be granted with their earned UGC items as well. If the bug report has been marked as fixed while its not then it likely isn’t monitored anymore and you can create a new bug report. Also if you can try to post everything in one post because all those replies seem to flood the chat which is confusing

Yep. You’ve replied to this report 500 times with 3 bibles worth of text. No engineer under the sun is reading all of that. Condense your report and make it simple to understand, you can even use AI if needed. Don’t spam your report with multiple replies when you need to add new info; the edit button exists for a reason.

I get that it’s excessive replies here, but in the case of any large bug report are engineers really gonna read through the bug report every time they check it to spot an edit?

How will they be notified if new information has been added, and wouldn’t it be more convenient for that information to be in a new reply (which would also add an indicator that the post has a new reply since you last read) instead of mixed in somewhere in a giant paragraph?

There’s no engineer even assigned to this report, so whether you reply or edit the original post doesn’t make a difference in them seeing it vs. not seeing it. If an engineer had responded, sure, reply to them, but in these kinds of cases where the reporter is just talking to themselves, it’s more convenient to just edit the original post
