Approximately 10% of the time a user views our Event on our Game Page or on the Event Page, the subtitle for the event shows up as “Label” instead of the intended subtitle that was set within the Events system on the Creator Hub.
This bug was first noticed the day our event launched (Friday 4/18) and has occurred sporadically since.

In the meantime, I think if you add a description to your event it might use that as the fallback and prevent the “Label” word from showing up.
This also occours on the roblox app on PC. This has been a thing for a while
Yes @Soundmoji you are absolutely right, they share the same code so I’d expect the same issue to happen across devices! I’m a bit more surprised that it’s intermittent for the same event.

Thanks for updating! The fix is currently in progress and will be out in a couple of weeks (working on it between other stuff sorry).
I hope you can time your phone charging accordingly to verify the fix when it’s out.
