Roblox Explorer/Properties/Sound Preview scroll bar stuttering

I got a new PC a few months ago, which has much better hardware than my old one, but when I launched Studio, the scrollbar on everything other than the main game view stuttered. It’s been happening for a while. The stutter is barely noticeable at first, but it gets worse the more I work on it. Here’s a video of it:

Pay attention to the scroll bar lag when I scroll through it.

I’ve tried searching everything and even changing some settings on my graphics card. However, the issue still persists.

Here are my specs:
CPU: Intel i7 12700
GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060
RAM: 16 GB ddr4 3200 mhz

Have you tried resetting studio settings. Also I feel like this might be a issue with the communication between your mouse and pc because I had this issue with scroll bars in other applications.

Okay. I’ll try restarting studio settings. The time between keyboard input and the text output is also kind of long on Chrome, but it works just fine in the Roblox game client.
