Roblox face doesnt load in correctly on blender what can I do?

Hey everyone I tried making a gfx character in this blender in this preproject PaintRigV3 (1).blend - Google Drive
but I noticed when loading in the decals this is how it comes out

The character colors itself are great but the face seems like kinda upside down and weirder
does anyone know how I can solve this I alr checked or this errors occured for someone else but looks like its only me

How are you exporting everything? Do you have export by material in studio settings enabled? Maybe it’s mapping issues? Try exporting again?

well I dont know where the studio settings are for “export by material” I use the default one. When I export it I use export selection after rightpressing the group and save it as a obj. file after that I upload the decal in the folder destined for it


I also tried it with different character

I just noticed that my exporting file is actually pretty weird or am I selecting the wrong texture?


when selecting a decal I can only select that 1 only when I open it

Export Merge By Material I meant. This I suppose can help. I have it disabled but you can try enabling it? Also may I see how the rig looks like in studio?

thx for trying but I still got the same issue im starting to think its a problem on my end even though all my export and rendering settings are the usual. My rig looks like this in studio its a R6 spawned at the origin dragged to the top of the baseplate
