So i want to upload an audio to my account for a game, which it is PERFECT for. The song is on youtube and is a FREE Drill beat.

In the description it states…
Then this is ALL of the info roblox sends me regarding it’s removal.
I do not wish to make ANY form of profit from this beat. (Ie. selling the beat on a third party)
When I attempt to upload the audio, WITH CREDIT Roblox still goes to moderate the audio. I’ve even clipped out a section of the beat I don’t need even need, so its now a parody it still gets flagged. Does anyone have a idea on how moderation checks audio?
The audio was used in a song that has copyright (unfortunately), I’m guessing Roblox took that as an “instrumental to an already existing song”
I just checked all those links, the upload dates is After the beat to the video I referenced, meaning the video is the original. Some of those don’t even credit BeatsByNarvaza. So Roblox is clearly messing up here.
Yeah, it’s kind of ironic that its a IP violation when BBN as specifically said to credit him; and that some didn’t, they themself are in IP violation (We have IPO, so no idea how it is anywhere else)
I am attempting to contact BBN themselves to have proof I’m allowed to use the beat, which I think is the best cause of action.
