We’re looking to collaborate long-term with an experienced Roblox developer to help build and maintain core gameplay systems for our competitive, high-performance no-hesi racing game.
We’re primarily seeking a frontend-focused developer with a passion for crafting engaging user experiences someone who can design intuitive systems with satisfying feedback, smooth interaction flow, and modularity in mind.
This is not a short-term role We’re seeking someone with real experience, a strong track record, and clear personal goals. If you don’t have a moodboard or vision board outlining your future ambitions as a developer, we won’t consider your application. We only work with serious, driven individuals who are intentional about their growth and contribution.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of Roblox development experience (not hobby scripting)
• Proven work on vehicle systems and gameplay mechanics
• Strong frontend and backend scripting skills
• A keen eye for UI, player feedback, and visual responsiveness
• Deep understanding of OOP, modular architecture, and scalable systems
• Comfortable with asynchronous Lua and performance-focused code
• Solid understanding of Roblox APIs, asset workflows, and services
• 17+ and able to communicate professionally in a team environment
• Willing to attend regular voice calls and pass a technical interview
Tools & Workflow:
• Experience using Rojo and Visual Studio Code
• GitHub + collaborative version control
• Familiar with debugging and maintaining modular systems
• Ability to work within an established architecture and codebase
