Roblox Gamepasses are not working for me

The issue: When I create a gamepass and click on it, it results in error code 400. It still creates the gamepass, but I am not able to put it on sale or anything. This issue fixes itself after around 2 weeks or so.

If I do not want to wait that 2 weeks, I am able to have a friend put it on sale, but this is super annoying to do.

I have tried using different networks, I have used different devices, and I have no luck. I did get on an alt on the roblox microsoft app, and that worked. This could be because of the microsoft app being different, I don’t know.

Hi, was assigned this ticket recently.

Apologies, this is an extremely late response. Recently I’ve seen tickets start to get auto assigned to individuals. In any case, this view should be deprecated entirely; it’s not an ideal answer but I believe that we’re intending for game pass creation to be done via creator dashboard and not the develop page.
