Can I give prizes to people who promoted my game on other social medias (creating short videos / posts)? Like, if the player click in a npc a frame pop-ups that says “Create a 30 seconds videos about this game with #Roblox and win title X + 999 Moneys”. Os is it agaisnt

I’m going to stand on the side of caution and say that this most likely will be against the Community Standards / ToS since your directing users off-platform, and incentivizing off platform actions.

As @Orbitaire said, it is against ToS because you’re directing them off-platform.
