Now I know that roblox has a strict policy that there should be no gore / blood for Mobile devices and / or consoles however, for pc, it says that lightly used, it is allowed. So my question is, would this be allowed?
The main idea for the build is asylum based but an old mental one so would this be considered allowed on roblox or not?

I’d remove the blood on the ground just to be safe. You could do without it.
I’m pretty sure blood is allowed on mobile.
Speaking about the game, that would be fine to have on Roblox. Just don’t overdo it.
Alright, glad to know, because this is for my new project that me and my team are throwing together (horror game) 
I’ve experienced many Roblox games with extensive gore. I would say you have a 99% of being absolutely fine. However, if you wanted to be extra safe, I would agree that you probably want to remove the blood on the floor or make it a smaller pool.
