Roblox group payouts suspended for no reason

I did scripting commissions and helped people and in return they had to buy the game pass from my group there were 5 sales in total and the group has generated around 9663 group funds i decided to withdraw 2200 group funds for myself and after some time for some unknown reason the group payouts were restricted for no reason

Group sales :

  • 2,100
  • 3,500
  • 301
  • 3,500
  • 245

paying other users using group funds takes 2-3 weeks and having group payout access restricted on top of that is very annoying I’m hoping automated moderation will be improved eventually.

Group that was restricted : Dynopolyum - Roblox

Browser : Google Chrome 132.0.6834.111 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS : Windows 11 Version 24H2 (Build 26100.2894)

Expected behavior

Successful fund withdraw without group payout being restricted

For some reason, Roblox still labels communities as “groups” across the Creator Hub. Don’t agree with it but sadly it’s intentional behavior.

Is this… a bug? :thinking:

roblox renamed them to experiences so it shoudnt be like that

I would like to inform you that my group “Terraturgy Foundation” is currently experiencing the same issues. It has been nearly a month now since my group/ocmmunity processed its first sale.

This has also been affecting me and several of my friend’s groups, some of our developers can’t work with us because we can’t send payouts out anymore.

Unfortunately, this seems to be intended behavior on robloxs end from this response by roblox support

But before anyone disagrees, i am not here to make this bug report closed. It would be nice to get a roblox staff response here as this does seem a little unfair like when payouts are restricted for months makes it definitely count as a bug i would say

If i would need to wait months for a restriction to end then i would be definitely upset and hope this gets fixed soon

thats an automated message its not intended to be like that its a bug with moderation

thats why theres 1-2 week delay period on recieving robux having group funds limited on top of that slows down development by alot

Roblox should start making applications where people with scripting knowledge / experience can be a tester where basically roblox explains how they detect bad behaviour this way the false detections can be reduced
