My group role is bugged. I own the group, yet my group role is “Member” instead of “Owner”. Because of this, I do not have access to the “Legacy Group Configuration”, studio access to related experiences, the Experience Questionnaire, and API keys. This all has completely tanked my games CCU from an average of ~300 to ~50. I have contacted Roblox support in the past, but it usually leads to ghosting or automated emails.
I highly believe this issue can be resolved by giving the “Owner” role instead of the “Member” role. All it needs is a basic role swap. I own the group, so therefore I should have the Owner role.
Expected behavior
I should have complete control over my group/experience

Hello! Thanks for reporting this. We’ve corrected the data and you should be all set.
By chance, do you happen to know when this issue first arose? Was it during an ownership transfer?
We have rollback mechanisms in place should an error occur during this process, but we’d like to get a more targeted action to examine.
Thanks!
Weird stuff is happening in your group because someone wrote on the group wall: “Don’t mind the group name, it will be fixed soon. I’m back guys. Some of you may know that I originally made this game.”

And now their role is member? Also, I think it might be related to a rollback, like the staff said.

yes, issue arose during an owner transfer, but that was sorted out between me and the other guy so everything is fine.
New, related issue arose when the data was “fixed”. For some reason, r4xzu, the other person who owned the bugged group with me, has full studio access. Even if i completely ban him from the group, he still has access to the game that is owned by said group. I’ve checked the new Creator Dashboard Roles page and the Legacy Roles page and he does not have any role that would give him access to teamcreate. And yet he still has access for some reason
Thanks you for the feedback, we’ll look into the new issue as well and get back to you.
the entire group was bugged. I had access to the devhub community settings while he had access to the legacy group settings. it was weird and it was something ive never seen before.
after roblox fixed the issue, everything went to normal other than the fact that the dude still has studio access despite there nothing giving him it. I mentioned it over a week ago but Roblox hasnt responded or done anything yet
