There’s a huge issue with alt accounts/accounts being locked out of nowhere, my alt account recently have got locked out of nowhere and it showed a security notification popup, and it clearly forced me to reset password and type the email but the biggest issue is, I verified the alt account with my email & even linked it with authenticator app, when i tried to reset the password to the alt account, it didn’t show the account in reset password list, it looks like the email got unlinked from the account for some reason, I still have authenticator app linked, I tried to contact roblox support to recover it but it legit popped out a AI roblox chat that told me theres no way I can recover it even though authenticator app is still linked

TDLR; if you got this pop up on your account, that means your account is lost, even if you have your email verified, the email will get removed off your account making it impossible to reset password/prove ownership
