Roblox High School 2 - Trading Update Coming Soon!

The Trading Update is coming to RHS2 very soon, and you will be able to visit the beautiful new city of Libra Rosa (A.K.A. the Trading Hub) where you can make deals with other players! This post will answer many of your questions about how Trading will work.

What are the requirements for trading?

You’ll need to be Level 50+ to visit the Trading Hub, which will be a separate server type within RHS2. When you arrive for the first time, you’ll be asked to complete a quick quiz which tests your knowledge of trading safely and avoiding common scams. Once you pass the quiz, you’ll be allowed to trade with anyone else!

Trading will only be possible within the Trading Hub, not in the main RHS2 servers. But if you don’t want to trade, you can ignore the quiz/disable trade requests and simply explore everything the city of Libra Rosa has to offer!

What items can I trade?

The general rule of thumb is:

  • TRADEABLE: Most tangible Uncommon to Legendary items; those which only have limited availability
  • NOT TRADEABLE: “Standard” items; those which are available 24/7 from a basic shop; along with some other exceptions

More specifically, the following types of items will be tradeable:

  • Credits
  • Gear/Vehicles/Furniture/Skins unlocked from limited-time shops, activities, or Gift Boxes
  • Gift Boxes
  • Accessories
  • Consumables (Uncommon rarity and above)
  • Car Parts/Stardust

These items will NOT be tradeable:

  • Gems
  • “Standard” (blue) rarity items
  • Titles/Emotes
  • Gamepass-exclusive items
  • Fanart
  • Fish
  • Event Leaderboard Trophies
  • Active one-time rewards (items which are always actively available, but can only be obtained once per account, such as the Graduation Staff, Job Staffs, and Fishing Rods/Shards)
Details regarding RHS1 Loyalty Rewards The RHS1 Loyalty Rewards, which were given to players who had a certain amount of Loyalty Points in the original game, will be tradeable. However, when they were first given out, many players were accidentally given multiple copies of each furniture item, which will need to be removed to ensure nobody unfairly has any duplicates.

To fix this, all instances of the Loyalty items will be taken out of players’ houses, and then each player will be correctly set to have 1 copy of each earned item in their inventory, which you can then re-add to your house if you wish.

Will there be limits on trading Credits?

You’ll be allowed to send and receive a limited amount of Credits each day. The limit depends on your in-game level, higher level players will have a higher daily limit:

  • Level 50-74: 25,000 Credits
  • Level 75-99: 50,000 Credits
  • Level 100-199: 250,000 Credits
  • Level 200-299: 1,000,000 Credits
  • Level 300+: 5,000,000 Credits

Is there any other new stuff coming this update?

We will be adding :crown: Crowns to the Graduation Gift Box rewards! These were teased a long time ago, but they’ll finally be added in the Trading Update.

Crowns are Legendary accessories which come in 10 different possible colors - if you’re lucky enough to get one, you might find it handy to try and trade for your favorite color!

Speaking of Graduation rewards, the Disco Limo is a bit too rare, and it can be very frustrating if you’ve graduated a bunch of times without ever getting it, so the following change will be made:

  • If you’ve reached Level 2000+ without ever unboxing a Disco Limo yourself, you will be guaranteed to get one from the next Graduation Gift Box you open.
    • Even if you receive a Disco Limo in a trade, you’ll still be eligible for the guaranteed drop if you’ve never unboxed one yourself.

When does it release?

The official release date will be announced soon! Keep an eye on our community server or the @RHS2Game Twitter. There’ll also be a live countdown in game!

This is gonna be a big update, so we hope you enjoy trading and exploring the city of Libra Rosa!
