Roblox is apparently refunding me 1.3M Robuxs

So let me explain I got a message from the official roblox its a long lengthy message adding up all the robuxs im getting witch leads to around 1.3M stated by roblox in that messages. I have no pending or anything. Was emailing roblox the best thing to do.

What I want to achieve is getting the 1.3M robuxs roblox had said I am getting.
What I tried so far is checking pendings everywhere and my roblox ajustments.

Also I need to know if this is fake? but its from the real roblox. it has checkmark and everything.

Uhhhhhhhh have you bought at least more than 1.3 million robux worth of user ads? If not then this might be a mistake or something else

I’d kinda wouldn’t trust it until Roblox Support or some staff member tells you it’s cool to

i havent. and it kinda looks like the refunded every ad I made. because i noticed and i added up all the robuxs i spent on every ad i made and it does lead up to some what that price and this was from over the years. some said wait till 5-10 days

Roblox took your ad down but when you appealed they gave u compensation for the time the ad was down.

well i got some of the robuxs like few hours ago i only got 681 out of the robuxs. did you email roblox cuz i did. and then i realized im getting 6.3M cuz of mr getting the 681.

Just looks like an error and only the first sentence was meant to be sent. The rest are probably meant for others and aren’t mean to be there. Maybe this goes into #bug-reports:website-bugs

if it was a bug it would have said you are being refunded robuxs for one or more user ads on every sentence after each robux completetion

and i appealed like 4 ads it would have not been a bug and they recently got appealed like last week or 2

not necessarily. if you didnt spend millions in ads and you are getting these messages its a bug. I guess we’ll have to wait and see if you receive it though

still waiting for robloxs response but i found out from someone that its like a robux reward for falsely having your ads down so since roblox takes a while to appeal ads you can possible get a lot of robuxs from it. it adds up to how many hours/days your ad has been falsely taken down.
