I have experienced a problem when roblox rolled out the new version my roblox player just stopped working I checked the event viewer and is says it is missing a file, I contacted roblox support and they never replied it has been like 4 days, and I haven’t found any solutions roblox studio work normally but roblox player don’t work there no problem with compatibility I checked and I saw bunch of people on discord complain about the same problem you guy have any idea how to fix this?

Have you tried reinstalling it?
If you run the installer for Roblox again, it may fix the issue. (Installer can be downloaded here).
If that doesn’t fix it, please try uninstalling Roblox by going to %localappdata%/Roblox/Versions and deleting the newest folder/s there (dw about older ones). Then, run the installer again.
