I can’t create a account on roblox without it being terminated for this:

We can’t assist you further and roblox support wont either. Your phone number or email address has been blacklisted and blacklisted forever. I suggest you contact roblox support since they’re the only people who can support you with this but don’t get your hopes up.
Next time you create a new Roblox account, register it with a different e-mail to avoid it being terminated.
It’s possible that your IP address is blacklisted, but I’m not completely sure.

Now there are many ways they could monitor/detect if one account is linked to the terminated account’s user so best to appeal to avoid this.
