Roblox isn't changing my account location

I moved to Cyprus from Sweden around 9 months ago and my account location still says Sweden. I’ve not been in Sweden for more than a couple days, many months ago and I don’t use any VPN. I think that it’s either a bug or there’s not enough clarity around this as it’s quite a long time.

Have you tried contacting customer support? They’ll help you with changing account regions with verification.

You have to contact support and you have to prove you’re in Cyprus, which really sucks and is heavily privacy invasive, why do I have to provide immigration papers just to prove I’m in a country?
