Roblox Isn't responding to support form

On 18th of February I sent an email to devex@roblox.com, this was in regards to the fact that I had put in 2 DevEx requests, one for 54k robux and one for 50k robux, and both were denied for the reasons “insufficient funds” and “not eligible” respectively, I wished to know what had happened but I received no reply. On 22nd of February I again put in a devex request and was denied again for the reason “not eligible”, this time I filled a support form regarding this rejection, after filling out the form I received an automated Email saying I would receive a response in 2-5 days but have not received a response yet. I don’t know what to do
