Roblox Jazwares Website DOES NOT Work on Computer Device

Reproduction Steps:

Method - A
  1. Open your computer device;
  2. Search “Roblox”;
  3. Wait until the page redirects you to the official website providing about Roblox and Jazwares regarding their new products.
Method - B
  1. Open your computer device;
  2. Search for “https://roblox.jazwares.com/”;
  3. Wait until the page is with the surfaces.

Expected Behavior:

Expected that I should be able to see the website normally from another device.

Actual Behavior:

It turns out that if accessing the website, I cannot see any information about new toys as well as the user interfaces unless the last area where provides the intellectual property and the social media accounts of the company. If you go to your phone, it perfectly works and you can scroll down, configure the filters, etc.

Issue doesn’t seem exclusive to computer. I tried to load the website on an iPhone and had the same thing occur.

Looking at the source code, there is nothing indicating that the content is there, just not showing.

So it is just the Jazware website not working full stop IG.

I was able to have a few things working perfectly on my iPhone but switching to the computer, it just disappears… I am not sure if the interfaces are not working on all devices most users are using, who knows?

Hey OP, this looks like an issue with the Jazwares site. Unfortunately, it’s not something we can fix. Thank you so much for the heads up. Don’t hesitate to post again if you find any other miscellaneous issues.
