Roblox keep reloading profile page on IOS (app)

Hello Forum users and Roblox Staff,

I’m mostly using profile section in my Roblox app and as tthe Title says, it just keeps reloading. I also have screen recording as a proof.
I’m currently using iPhone 13 with IOS 18. The issue happens only in Roblox app, when I’m in browser on same phone the issue just don’t happen. (Tried in Safari and Google Chrome.)

This issue happens mostly on my profile, and when i visit someones profile by using “Followers” or “Following” buttons.
I’m currently experiencing this issue over 1 month.

Anyone has same issue? Any questions? Ask and i will reply to them as soon as possible.

Expected behavior

Bassicaly, profile page in IOS application keeps reloading.

Hi Crook, thank you for reporting. Does this only happen when you visit the “Followers” or “Following” page? i just saw the video (thanks for recording!)

Mostly, but it also happens on normal profile page. But not that frequently.

Oh I see what you mean, from the video it looks like it’s when you visit Profile → Follower/Following and then the reloading starts. Ok will pass onto team, thanks!

Actully it happens only when I click my profile from home page (I click my username to open my profile) and then I go to others people profile by using “Following” and other buttons. When I search for a profile in search top bar, that bug never happens.

(I can send video of showing what i mean if you didn’t get it. My explanation is kinda messy.)
