Roblox keeps crashing for specific game

Reproduction Steps
This issue has been happening for me for the past few days now. Whenever I open up Roblox Studio and try to open this group game up, my Roblox Studio crashes on me and refuses to load the game, no matter what I try to do. I have tried reaching out to Roblox Support, but they have given me nothing other than the uninstall and reinstall steps, which I’ve tried twice already. I have also tried logging out and logging back in, and clearing the cookies, but to no avail. Oddly enough, all of the other group games work when I load it in Studio, so I’m not sure if there’s a specific asset in the game that is preventing me from accessing it in Studio.

Group Game: 🍦Work at an Ice Cream Parlor - Roblox

General computer specs:

2020 Macbook Pro, 13 inch, Apple M1 Chip
16 GB Memory
macOS Monterey v12.1

Expected Behavior
Game to load normally in Roblox Studio.

Actual Behavior
Roblox Studio crashes without loading the game properly.

Have you tried lowering your Studio’s graphics? I had a similar problem with one of my maps & lowered the graphics to nearly the lowest and everything loaded up fine after that. I’m also using a MacBook with pretty much the same exact setup.

I just lowered my Editor Quality Level to Level 01 but the issue keeps on happening.

Re-Install Studio, update your graphics drivers.

AND if it still doesn’t work, do a GHI trick

Step 1: Restart your computer
Step 2: Install FPS Unlocker
Step 3: Right Click the little icon in the bottom right and set FPS cap to none (default)
Step 4: Click Unlock Roblox Studio
Step 5: Set Studio graphics to Vulkan, and then switch back to your default ones

If no work still, good luck man.

I searched up your exception type (EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGBUS)) and got this result from google. There are more if you scroll down (when you search this on google) but I found this to be the most relevant. Seems to be faulty RAM or a software bug based on what the answer says?

Someone from Roblox Support got back to me with some actual help. All it took was just to reset my Studio settings back to the default. Thanks to everyone who tried to help!!
