Then 2 - 3 weeks ago we were supposed to make an update on our game, my designer made 6 new stage icons :
And they ALL got moderated again for sexual content…
Maybe they’re right ?? So we didn’t gave up we decided to replace them by arms like this :
It got moderated too… BUT we could appeal for the purple one only :
Now we stuck and tired. We can’t update our game because its targeted by a trash moderation probably 90% handled by AI. I need some help i hope im not the only one having a situation like this.
It seems like Roblox support can be inconsistent depending on the staff member you talk to. I recently had an issue where one agent refused to remove a moderation note on my account, despite explaining my situation. I accepted the warning, but the next day, another agent decided to remove the moderation.
List the image ID’s that got banned in an email and roblox should bring the content backup. Once this is done you wont have to go through roblox’s broken moderation system.
