I reinstalled chrome, tried other browsers, even cleared all my roblox cookies and it still redirecting me. I am from the US. I dont even have my VPN on.

It is most likely a problem with your computer. Check to see if your computer is set to a region in China.
Also if that doesn’t work, you gotta get a game booster from china or some other foreign country, which I use to play most games in the mainland
Hello, I don’t know if you still have this problem or not, but I would recommend to delete cookie, it helped me to get back my home page. Just make sure you will be able to log in to your account back once you delete cookie. And make sure that your China VPN is not turned on.

Hey there,
I have found a solution for this issue. You have to follow the following instructions
- Go to https://www.roblox.com/ , it will 100% direct you to roblox.cn
- What you do is pressing F12 then locate to the tab called ‘Network’ on the top of the DevTools
- Press Ctrl + R to refresh the page you will see something like this
- Right click on each one then choose Clear browser cache and Clear browser cookies
- Then type manually Log in to Roblox again
