Lately there has been a very sudden increase in time out errors. Half the time I try to open Roblox (from both the website and desktop app) nothing happens for around 30 seconds, after which I get an error message “Roblox has timed out. Try restarting.”, then the client crashes.
OS: Windows 10
CPU: Intel Core i5
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti
RAM: 16Gb
The issue started occurring around 2 months ago, but wasn’t as prominent before.

Thanks for the report! Could you provide some logs, and your system information?

Have you checked your Internet connection with the Roblox servers? It is clearly a network issue.

There are the 2 logs that were created when the crash happened, one minute apart from each other.
Here are the full system specs:
- Intel(R) Core™ i5-10300H CPU @ 2.50GHz
- used Intel(R) UHD Graphics at the moment of the crash
- 16GB RAM
Also instead of showing an error message it sometimes shows an empty box with the buttons “Try again” and “Cancel”:

Doesn’t matter which network I use, the crash still happens. I am using a DPI bypasser, however even with it disabled the same thing happens.
