I updated Roblox Studio yesterday, and my keybinds for multi-select and selecting individual parts inside of a model have changed.
multi-select - which was “ctrl + click” before, but after the update its “shift + click”

Is there any way to fix it back to the previous keybinds
I noticed this too, Quite annoying.
After some deeper research it appears that those specific keybinds can’t be edited.
i’m actually crashing out about this rn
I want to switch to the original beta 
This is genuineley so fucking stupid. Not only removing some of the best features but replacing even worse ones. Sometimes I wish it was David Baszucki rather than Erik Cassel. Not only that, they always manage to break snapping. It’s been broken more than it’s been actually working properly. Genuinely need Roblox and their staff to get a grip here.
