Basically, few months ago, I was having a good internet speed. But every time I opened any Roblox game, played it for 30s or up to 10min, I would get kicked from the game with error code 277 (Please check your internet connection). But not only I get kicked, my internet connection ENTIRELY stops working (Discord refreshes, loads, google and everything else requiring internet will stop working. If I wait for a minute the WIFI I’m connected to I get disconnected from randomly, once I connect my internet works again.
But then few weeks back, I messed with some of my adapter settings (don’t know which ones, just random). And I changed something which fixed this issue, but my internet speed dropped drastically: 22 Mbps download and 26 Mbps upload speeds. This became really annoying having to wait minutes for Roblox game to fully load, watching movies is also lowering quality.
And today, I decided to fix my internet speed, and I did so by changing my wireless mode option from IEEE 802.11b/g to IEEE 802.11b/g/n.
My internet speed increased from:
Download speed: 22 Mbps > 55-60 Mbps.
Upload speed: 26 Mbps > 46 Mbps.
But now I get the exact same issue I used to get, getting kicked from any Roblox game for internet connection, which also entirely kills my internet connection.
I don’t understand, it’s either I have bad internet speed, but be able to play Roblox or have good internet speed, but not being able to play Roblox?
Please help me resolve this issue, I have been having this issue for longer than half a year.
