Roblox Launches SteamVR

Issue Description

Roblox launches SteamVR, Even if you do not have a VR headset on
I was going to launch a game, Until it happen to launch SteamVR when I did not have my headset on, No matter if I try to exit SteamVR. It will still popup after I close it.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open the Roblox Website or universal application
2. Choose a game
3. Join it
4. The SteamVR application now opens, Even if you don’t have your VR headset on.

Expected Behavior:

Roblox launches SteamVR on both the website and the application itself

This also happens for the Beta application.

This is a bug that has existed for as long as Roblox VR has and every once in a while they “fix” it for a build then it goes back

Found a solution, You just go on a game with your VR headset and turn off “VR Mode”.
