When I upload the graphic to Photoshop, it comes with a black background when I made sure that I turned on PNG and changed it from the preset settings to transparent, can I have help, please.
I think that it IS transparent, just photoshop turning it black…
Use the magic eraser tool in photoshop to remove the black background if it isnt already transparent.
I can see in the third image you posted you have “RGB” selected in the bottom right, try clicking “RGBA” and rendering it out again

Don’t forget to change the color mode to RGBA aka Red Green Blue Alpha
