I joined random game for got black screen, I turn reduce motion off on settings

I have reduce motion on but joined game again, keep got black screen on mobile

There is no “reduce motion” option in the Roblox settings.

Thanks for finding a fix. My friend this morning was having this issue and kept having the black screen.

Turning it on seems to fix the issue for me. However, I rarely have it.
