Roblox needs to update the badge rarity percentage to be accurate

As a Roblox developer, it is currently too hard to track how many percent of people get a badge reliably. The percentage is useful for tracking, as it can show if a challenge is too hard or too easy for people. For me, badge percentages are a great way of seeing if something is too hard, or too easy. I used to rely on them for lots of tracking.
Right now, it’s a bit broken.
Example:


This is a picture from Loomian legacy, a game with a long storyline. You get the Harmony medal, then the wisdom medal, the the cyber medal. Yet, somehow, the wisdom medal has a smaller percentage than the cyber medal, even though it comes first.

If Roblox is able to address this issue, it would improve my development experience because I could reliably track the percentage of people who get a badge.
