Roblox not connecting to WiFi?

I have been experiencing issues with Roblox lately. This started yesterday.

Everytime I connect to Roblox, I can play for a bit, eventually all players freeze, but still play the walking animation. Few seconds later I get kicked for “Please check your internet connection and try again.”

I don’t think this is my WiFi’s fault, since I can connect to the internet just fine. It does not show that my connection is lost or anything, just Roblox. I also do not think this is the game’s fault, but I’ll mention it too. The game is called ‘Super Blox Soccer’. The rest of the players can play just fine and no one else connected to my WiFi is experiencing any issues.

I’ve tried all the YouTube tutorials, nothing worked. Restarted my pc, also didn’t work. I really need this fixed as I also want to continue working on my game and need to get it done by april 20th.

I’ve also tried ethernet and normal Wifi. Didn’t work. Tried the Roblox app, didn’t work.

Nothing is working and as I said above, It would be ideal to have this fixed today.
I also switch from 2 places, if that has anything to do with it, but I don’t think so either.

Here is a little video to show what is happening:

I know this is the wrong category, but I cannot post in Bug Reports. That’s why I did it here, hope I can be excused for that.

Alright, I will contect them, bt could you provide further info instead of telling me to check my wifi information?

What will I have to look at?
How will looking help?
What do I do with the info?
How do I know if this caused my issue?

Its either your wifi, either server crashing.

My average was around 116.

ignore this

I don’t know, my internet works fine, which is how I am responding, but roblox crashes.

Are you using ethernet or wifi? Are other people in your house or friends having the same issue?

Tried both, I was first connected to Ethernet when the issue began, I am experiencing the same on my house WiFi now.

No. This also only happens on Roblox and I can do anything else with Wifi just fine. I find this very weird as my wifi does not lose connection, but Roblox says I don’t have wifi.

Continuing this topic, I’ve just found out something really weird.

This bug or whatever only happens when I go into practise mode in that game. Not the game itself nor any other game.

It takes about 30 seconds for my to get kicked.

As I said earlier, it only happens in that certain mode, which is a different place inside of the experience. This is really weird, because that means it probably has nothing to do with my internet, but rather the game?

I would really like assistance on this, as I would still like to play practise mode in that game.

This is happening a lot lately. I usually restart my router and my device and it works just fine. Do note that I have 1k ping most of the time, pretty sure it’s my device.

I restarted both my pc and router, nothing seems to work. Thankfully it’s just one place inside of a game.

It’s not your device, you probably live in an area far from a Roblox server. But getting on topic, it’s only in this blox game and in a certain area of it? Maybe contact the developer of this game and let him know

Sounds a lot like the game server is crashing, not your network.

I’ve asked others in the same game (not same place) and some say they don’t know what I mean and others say they get kicked too.

I do think this is the server’s fault.
