It says “Give the code that we just sent you via email”, the thing is, I’ve looked everywhere in my email and there’s no code to be found. It’s been 1 hour now and I can’t log into my account
I have looked everywhere, opened mail on my phone, pc, different browsers, nowhere to be found, no code.
Maybe your account got stolen and somebody changed the email. deffo email roblox tho
No, it’s happening on all my accounts, now I can’t log on my main either
My account hasn’t gotten compromised as this has happened before and the email came after like 5 hours… I also tried clicking the password reset, input my email in there, and nothing, nothing gets sent by roblox. I think it’s a site issue, definitely not on my side, my internet speed is 900.
probably a roblox issue then maybe just wait a day or so or email roblox support as i dont think they would be able to do anything here
Emailing roblox support is a pain. I thought here were actual mods that are people, not robots responding after 20 days after the report got sent. I’ve had issues like this, emailed support and long after I even forgot emailing them I got a response… I just want to check, firstly, if anyone has the same problem and to report this issue somewhere where people see it, not bots.
The code finally came, after so long. This waiting time should be fixed anyway. Closing topic and marking this as solution
