ISSUE
Roblox has been “reviewing” this thumbnail for the past 2-3 days. The other thumbnail for my game has already been uploaded but for some reason, this one hasn’t.

Just resubmit it. There’s a good chance the thumbnail was just ignored. Do check its status though if it says rejected then I wouldn’t be sure why.
Just wait, it will get accepted/denied at some point. This happend more frenquently than you think, so don’t worry, just wait or try to reupload it
