Roblox only works on alternative accounts?

This has to got to be the strangest issue I have ever had in my 5 years on Roblox that has ever occurred.

Seriously Roblox? Do I really have to login to a separate account to use Roblox now? This issue makes my entire account useless forcing me to use an alt account. It has been occurring for multiple days now, I have contacted Roblox support, DM’d Roblox staff, with automated responses or no reply at all.

I have thousands of Robux worth of plugins for studio on my account and it really makes my workflow in studio much worse having to use lite versions of my paid plugins. Is my account shadow banned? What is going on? If anyone has experienced anything like this PLEASE let me know.

The issue seems to be partially resolved after days of talking to Roblox support and getting literally all automated reply’s. Anyone coming across the topic just know that it’s most likely one of those issues that resolves over time there’s really no fix to it.

The only things that are not working/partially working are:

  • Joining empty private servers does not work (Stuck on waiting for an available server then brings you into a server where server scripts do not function)
  • Trying to join a game using the play button does not work (Stuck on waiting for an available server then brings you into a server where server scripts do not function)
  • Team create, sessions take longer than usual to connect
  • I get disconnected after playing for about 5-10 minutes sometimes

If anyone knows what the issue was as I am genuinely interested please let me know!
