Roblox player app doesn't open correctly

1. What do you want to achieve? i want to play roblox without any errors.

2. What is the issue? when i play a game, it disconnects me, here’s the screenshot:
   

   

3. What solutions have you tried so far? i tried reinstalling, restarting my computer, nothing works.

this mostly happens if ur account was banned/warned and you’re clicking “retry” button (if someone wonders)
