Roblox player crashes for some players in my game

Hello,

Quite a few players are experiencing the ROBLOX player crashing in one of my games. I’m trying to figure out what is going on but I’m not succeeding. I can’t reproduce it myself because I’m not having this issue.
I’m hoping that somebody of the staff could assist me in finding out what goes wrong.

After about 10-20 minutes they get this pop-up message followed by the player closing:

Any chance you do something similar to this?

(Destroying sounds immediately after an event trigger)
